 Damaged area mostly cleaned up. The 2x8 ledger that the OSB rested on was almost completely rotted away. The structural LVL plywood behind it was also damaged. Review of construction plans and photos show the beam was two layers thick. It will need to be sistered with metal plates or another LVL beam. |
